Our Story and Mission
We are a volunteer-run organization dedicated to offering completely free transport services to Oahu's immigrant population.
Our name 'Tulayan' means 'to bridge the gap' in Tagalog, which reflects our mission to bridge the gap in access to healthcare by providing transportation to and from your medical appointments.

We provide free and reliable transportation geared towards patients facing challenges getting to their medical appointments.
Our committed team of volunteers are dedicated to improving healthcare access and will try our best to accommodate you into our schedule :)
Patients
Patients are welcome to schedule a ride directly with us to ensure they never miss an important medical appointment.

Please note that we do not take emergency requests; please call 911 in the case of an emergency.

We invite you to reach out to us to schedule rides directly for your patients!
We have provided our free services to various community health centers, medical facilities, and clinics here on Oahu.
